I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Email us at the address above with the registered email and we will send you a password reset link. Alternatively, you can sign in with Google or Apple.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device. Your children's profiles, credits, and learning history sync automatically.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request account deletion.
What are credits used for?
Credits are spent to generate AI lessons from homework photos. Different AI models cost different amounts (from 0.5 to 1 credit per lesson). New users receive 3 free credits on registration.
I purchased credits but my balance did not update.
Please force-close and reopen the app - the balance usually refreshes automatically. If it still does not appear after 5 minutes, email us with your Apple / Google order ID and we will resolve it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple In-App Purchases are managed by Apple. Please request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request a refund through the Play Store order history. If you believe a purchase was in error, contact us and we will assist.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire.
How do I generate a lesson from homework?
Tap the camera button on the home screen, take or select a clear photo of your child's homework, choose an AI model, and tap Generate. Your personalized interactive lesson will appear in about 30-60 seconds.
The generated lesson has errors or unclear content.
AI-generated content can occasionally have mistakes. Please take a clearer photo and retry. You can also try a different AI model from the generation screen. If the issue persists, email us the homework photo so we can improve the prompt.
How do I add or edit a child profile?
Home screen → tap the child avatar → Add / Edit. You can set the nickname, grade level (P1-P6), interests, and personality to personalize lessons.
The "Hold to Speak" button does not work.
Make sure you have granted microphone permission in iOS Settings → EasyEnglish → Microphone. Also check that your internet connection is active. If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption in transit, automatically delete homework photos after 30 days, and never share your personal data with advertisers. All AI providers we use are operated under zero-data-retention API contracts, meaning your content is not used to train their models.
